About the Community Sales Director:

The Masonic Home of Virginia, a highly respected long-standing private CCRC with a thriving culture is seeking an experienced Community Sales Director. This position is responsible for the Community's growth and is a business development and sales position key to our future course. Travel within Virginia as well as on-site presence is required.

Serves as the key resource for business development, sales strategy, and community occupancy. Responsible for targeted sales and marketing to the Masonic Community for both new MAHOVA applicants as well as Outreach Program applicants. Coordinates with the Life Enrichment Manager during the life cycle of the sales and admissions process. Performs fieldwork in an effort to locate and build relationships with potential qualified applicants to MAHOVA. Also collaborates with MAHOVA team initiating and responding to leads, coordinating tours and promotional events. Promotes MAHOVA across as many physical and social platforms as appropriate, also recommending marketing materials.

Qualifications of the Community Sales Director:

Bachelors Degree preferred with a minimum 2-3 years' experience in a CCRC setting.
Successful candidates will have non-profit (a plus) or for-profit experience (with an understanding of non-profits through volunteer or other experience) in a sales and marketing role.
Ability to meet and exceed identified sales targets.
Proven relationship-building skills.
Success in developing and delivering presentations in both a large group and one-on-one setting.
Utilization of Sales tracking software.
Comfortable and skilled with cold calling, social media use, emails and data mining from various databases.
Creates and recommends marketing materials working with 3rd party resources and vendors.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
